WENEW is looking for a Sales Director to develop and maintain relationships with target client demographic to drive interest and sales of our product. This role will work closely with our Head of Growth and content teams to serve, delight, and grow our audience.


  • Drive top line sales through drops and private sales
    • Work with Head of Sales/Growth to develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales.
    • Drive sales, both individually and as a key facilitator of communication amongst the WENEW team, identifying and connecting opportunities throughout WENEW and partner network.
    • Maintain and grow active pipeline of prospects
    • Ability to move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
    • Evolve sales strategy and client management activations through cross-functional collaboration
      • Increase collaboration between content, creator, and sales departments to optimize Direct Private Sales and scheduled drops, working to review key clients and networks for activation of private sale opportunities and drop attendance.
      • Cultivate strategies and initiatives to promote audience engagement and growth, closely monitoring metrics
      • Regularly review top clients with colleagues ensuring appropriate Private Sales and drop strategies are in place, particularly during post-drop reviews
      • Work with the Marketing, PR and content/creator teams on related PR & marketing initiatives
      • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine and maximize integrated opportunities
    • Analysis and Planning
      • Conduct client needs analysis and cultivate client relationships by understanding NFT desires
      • In conjunction with the CFO, oversee the monitoring and measuring of sales and profitability targets including the forecasting report for senior management.


    • General understanding of the NFT space with strong desire to learn more
    • Strong understanding of Auction and Private Sales experience preferred
    • Financial acumen and sales experience
    • Proven experience with high-profile buyers, digital landscape, and working across various verticals.
    • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
    • Marketing Savvy
    • BA in relevant field such as marketing, business, art
    • Minimum of 7 years of art market experience, preferably in the secondary market with significant client management and sales experience.
